When you are here and we are together
Just one day but it goes so quick
We walk together, talk together
We look into each others eyes
Hand in hand
Sometimes we kiss, but always we love
When I am with you

That warms me and comforts me
When your body is not there for me to hold
When your kiss is not placed upon my lips

When the rings are placed on our fingers
And the future beckons us
Together we will face the good and bad
And just to know that you will always be there

Another poem I wrote to describe how Deb makes me feel. When I am with her time seems to stand still, even after eleven years. When you feel like this about someone you know how true the love is.
